After years of faithful service Mitch Mesenburg has relocated to Florida and submitted a letter of resignation from the Board of Directors. We will miss miss Mitch and are very grateful for his service.
This created an opening on the Board of Directors and at the December Directors meeting a search committee was appointed to recruit a candidate to fill Mitchs seat and to fill one other vacant seat created by the recent bylaws change. At the January directors meeting the committee gave a report and made the recommendation that Justin Ewell of Ewell & Associates in Norwalk and Steve Mack, Prudential Stadtmiller Realty in Sandusky be appointed to fill the vacant seats for the remainder of the year 2015 effective immediately.
We wish Mitch well in his new endeavors and look forward to working with Justin and Steve in 2015.
