Invoices emailed to each individual Participant and Broker the month prior to the due date. Please make sure your email settings allow for mass email from Rapattoni and FAOR.com
Many offices now require that their agents/participants pay their own MLS Fees, Check with your office to see how they handle the payment for these.
If your office does require that you pay these yourself, payments by check can be mailed to the Board Office and postmarked by the 20th of the Month, log on to the Member side of FAOR.COM and go to "Member Portal" to pay via credit card or stop in during office hours.
The Office Broker or Designated Realtor is ultimately responsible to make sure that all fees are paid on time.

Our Candidate Screening process is entirely non-partisan and as such, candidates for local and statewide office appear without party affiliation. All supported candidates here are chosen by volunteer REALTOR® leaders.

The following is a list of Committees that are in need of helpful volunteers; please enter your choices below, numbering them one through five, one being your first and most important choice. If you are willing to serve as Chairperson, please denote that selection with an asterisk (*). If you are currently serving on a committee and wish to remain on that committee for 2021, please include this in your selections. 2021 President Alex Johnson and Vice-President Janet Herzog will do their best to honor your requests.

The FAOR Purchase Agreement and Exclusive Listing Agreement are updated on the FAOR website.
The new changes to the Purchase Agreement include the new wording for Ohio Licensed Home Inspectors in Section 12, wording in Section 12 (C), and added Brokerage Information in the Agency Contact Information. The new changes to the Exclusive Listing Agreement include seller initials and address to the bottom of the pages, wording for the videography and surveillance systems in the “Showing Instructions”, and wording in the “Consent for Unsupervised Access” clause. The forms are now on the FORMS section and dotLoop has been provided the forms for upload as well.
The Board Office will no longer be selling the carbon copy forms for these. We will continue to sell the Agency Disclosure and Residential Property Disclosure forms until they are sold out. We will continue to sell the “Protect Your Family from Lead in Your Home” booklets and Lead Disclosure forms.
