As you are aware, Rapattoni has been experiencing data center issues since 9am Wednesday August 9th that has affected all Rapattoni users nationwide due to a cyber-attack. We understand that not being able to access Firelands MLS to enter and update listings is frustrating, and we are assured that Rapattoni has all available resources working diligently to restore service to our members. At this time we do not have a time frame on when the MLS will be available.
In the meantime:
- Utilize RPR and Realtor.com for listing information
- Communicate with your sellers and buyers to let them know what is going on
- Reach out to your fellow agents
- You can still list, show and sell!
- There will be no penalties for listing entry or listing status and information not able to be updated during this time.
- If you are a member of another MLS you can keep your listings up to date in those services
We are available for your general MLS and Membership questions. We can accept membership applications and membership change forms but we are not able make any changes or process applications
The following services are not currently available:
- Cannot process new member applications
- Cannot make any changes to membership records
- Cannot edit listings on behalf of members, there is not access to the MLS at all
This is a good time to remind your clients and the public why it is important to work with a REALTOR. While the system is down new listings in the area are not showing up on Realtor.com or other sites but if they are working with you they still have access to listings.
