We have scheduled an important Broker meeting on Tuesday, September 23rd at 11:00 a.m. at the Board Office to discuss several items that will be additions and changes to both the Board and MLS. One of the items is a discussion on the by-laws revisions that we need to make to keep our Board in compliance with NAR requirements. We will provide details on our cooperation with ListHub and how it can benefit your brokerage. We will also examine recent changes to the Board policy on Professional Standards fees being assessed to members being found in violation of the Code of Ethics. We also need help in selecting qualified members to serve on both the Grievance and Professional Standards committees.
